1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement made through dubsupplyrecords.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence where these terms provide less protection.

2. Products and information

We describe records, formats, conditions, prices and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Images may differ slightly from the delivered product. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Dub Supply Records.

New and sealed records are supplied in their original sealed condition. Minor variations in colour, packaging or pressing that are inherent to vinyl production are not automatically defects.

3. Prices

All consumer prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, import charges and other costs are shown or explained separately before payment.

Customers outside the European Union may have to pay local import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are paid by the recipient.

4. Orders and agreement

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout. The purchase agreement is concluded when Dub Supply Records accepts the order and sends an order confirmation, or begins fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment fails, information is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing error occurred. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the selected payment provider, including Mollie where available. The order may be held until payment has been received or confirmed.

6. Pre-orders

Coming Soon releases can be reserved without payment when confirmed incoming stock is available. The record price is fixed when the reservation is made. Label release dates are not arrival dates at Dub Supply Records. We combine distributor shipments; arrival may be weeks after release and no fixed arrival date is promised.

After physical receipt, we notify the customer to complete payment within seven days. Delivery costs are calculated and shown before payment. Reservations are separate from in-stock orders. Unpaid pre-orders may be cancelled in the customer account; reservations not paid within the payment window expire. After payment, contact us to cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, the standard withdrawal and return rules apply.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped with PostNL and, for international destinations, its delivery partners. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–5 business days after payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

The customer must provide a complete and correct address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failure to collect a parcel or an unjustified refusal may be charged to the customer where permitted by law. Full details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Risk and ownership

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by them, unless the customer independently instructed a carrier not offered by us. Products remain the property of Dub Supply Records until full payment has been received.

9. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from an online purchase. After notifying us, the customer has a further 14 days to return the products.

The direct cost of a standard withdrawal return is paid by the customer. The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to sealed audio recordings after the seal has been broken. This exception does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods. See Shipping & Returns for the complete procedure and model withdrawal form.

10. Conformity, damage and complaints

Products must conform to the agreement and applicable consumer law. If an order is damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include the order number and useful photographs. Please keep the packaging while the matter is investigated.

Where Dub Supply Records is responsible, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Requests for prompt notice or photographs do not limit statutory rights.

11. Liability

Dub Supply Records is not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Force majeure

If performance is temporarily prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, obligations may be suspended for as long as those circumstances continue. If fulfilment becomes permanently impossible, either party may end the affected part of the agreement and payments for undelivered products will be refunded.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, layout and original content may not be copied, published or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law. Rights in record artwork, music and third-party trademarks remain with their respective owners.

15. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint directly. A consumer may also bring a dispute before a competent court as allowed by applicable consumer law.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The version published at the time of the order applies to that order. Questions can be sent to info@dubsupplyrecords.com.
